It was a good thing Bellator didn’t book Ken Shamrock versus Kurt Angle because that would have been a travesty to the sport. Instead, Bellator MMA has chosen the path that only it dares to choose:

In a parallel universe where age doesn’t count, this event would have been the equivalent of Mayweather-Pacquiao and Cotto-Canelo happening on the same event. But Good Lord, this is happening on Earth in 2016 and it’s not funny:
